Billing & Subscription
Manage your plan, change billing cycle, update payment methods, download invoices, and review available offers.
The Billing page is where you manage everything money-related: which plan you're on, how often you're billed, your payment method, your invoices, and any active offers. It's per-space — each space has independent billing.
Open the page
In the sidebar, open Space Settings → Billing. The page title reads Billing & Subscription.
The four tabs
The page splits into four tabs across the top.
Subscription
Your current plan and lifecycle controls.
- Current plan — the tier and billing cycle (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly).
- Spend limit — the monthly ad-spend tier you picked at signup.
- Trial status — if you're still on a free trial, the days remaining.
- Renewal date — when the next charge happens.
- Upgrade / Change plan — switch to a different tier or billing cycle. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Cancel — ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Trial-to-paid transition: if you started a 7-day trial, the plan auto-converts to paid on day 8 unless you cancel. Cancel from this tab any time before day 7 to end the trial without being charged.
Payment Methods
Add, remove, or update credit/debit cards on file.
- Add card — uses Stripe Elements (no card details ever touch ClickFortify directly).
- Set as default — the default card is charged for renewals.
- Remove — only allowed if it's not the default; switch defaults first if you want to remove the current default.
Invoice & Billing Info
Invoice history and the billing details that appear on invoices.
- Billing info — company name, address, VAT/tax ID. Edit anytime; affects invoices going forward.
- Invoice history — every invoice with its date, amount, and PDF download. Download for accounting or to file a Google Ads refund claim where you need proof of ClickFortify spend.
Offers
Discount codes and time-limited promotions you've been given. Apply a code here and the discount appears on your next invoice.
Common tasks
Switching billing cycle
Quarterly saves 10%; yearly saves 20%. Switching is non-prorated — the new cycle starts at your next billing date.
Cancelling
Cancellation is end-of-period — you don't lose access immediately.
If you cancel during the 7-day trial, no charges happen.
Downloading invoices
What happens next
- Refunds — recovering money lost to click fraud (separate from ClickFortify billing)
- Space settings — workspace-level configuration
