Space Settings - Workspace Configuration
Configure your workspace, connections, and PPC accounts.
The Space Settings page is where you manage your workspace configuration, integrations, and account connections.
Space Information
The basic details of your workspace:
Space Name
Your workspace identifier. This is required and appears in the navigation bar.
- Example: "Click Fortify"
- Used to identify this workspace if you have multiple spaces
Description
A brief description of your business or workspace purpose.
- Example: "clickfortify.com"
- Helps team members understand the workspace context
Save Changes
Click the Save Changes button (blue) to apply any updates to Space Information.
PPC Accounts
Configure and manage your pay-per-click advertising accounts.
Current Status
Shows whether any PPC accounts are connected:
- "No PPC accounts configured" — Need to add an account
- Lists connected accounts when available
Add Account
Click the Add Account button (blue) to connect a new Google Ads account.
Requirements:
- Admin access to the Google Ads account
- Google authentication completed
- Account must be in good standing
You need admin access to your Google Ads account to add it as a PPC account. Read-only access is not sufficient.
Connections
Manage your linked accounts and integrations.
Current Status
Shows connected services:
- "No connections yet. Add a connection to get started."
- Lists active connections when configured
Add Connection
Click the Add Connection button (blue) to link new services.
Available connections may include:
- Google Ads (primary)
- Analytics integrations
- Notification services
- Custom webhooks
Danger Zone
Irreversible and destructive actions are grouped here with a red border as a warning.
Delete Space
Permanently deletes this workspace and all associated data.
Warning: Deleting a space cannot be undone. All of the following will be permanently removed:
- Click data and analytics
- Exclusions and blacklist entries
- Connections and integrations
- Team members and permissions
- All settings and configurations
To delete a space:
- Click the Delete Space button (red)
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
- The space and all data will be permanently removed
Navigation Context
The left sidebar shows your current location in Settings:
- Billing — Manage subscription (may be disabled in demo)
- Space — Current page
- Website — Manage protected websites (may be disabled in demo)
- Tracking Code — Get installation scripts (may be disabled in demo)
- Team — Manage team members
Best Practices
- Use descriptive names — Make Space Name clear for team members
- Connect PPC first — Protection requires a connected Google Ads account
- Add connections early — Enable all relevant integrations during setup
- Be careful with Delete — There's no way to recover deleted data
- Review regularly — Keep connection status and settings current
