Ads Manager - Manage Google Ads Protection
View and manage your Google Ads campaigns and ad groups.
The Ads Manager page displays your connected Google Ads campaigns and ad groups, showing their protection status within ClickFortify.

Purpose
The Ads Manager provides a centralized view of all your Google Ads campaigns, allowing you to:
- Monitor which campaigns are protected
- Check tracking status for each campaign
- Verify campaign types (Search, Display, etc.)
- Refresh campaign data from Google Ads
Header Controls
Refresh Button
Click Refresh to sync the latest campaign data from your Google Ads account. Use this after:
- Adding new campaigns in Google Ads
- Making changes to campaign settings
- If data appears outdated
Tab Navigation
Switch between two views:

Campaigns Table
The main table displays your campaigns with the following columns:
Campaign Name
The name of your Google Ads campaign:
- Examples: "Brand Awareness", "Lead Gen Q4", "Competitor conquesting"
- Click on a campaign name for details (if available)
Status
Current status of the campaign in Google Ads:

| PAUSED | Gray | Campaign is paused |
| REMOVED | Red | Campaign has been deleted |
Type
The campaign type from Google Ads:

| PERFORMANCE_MAX | Performance Max campaigns |
Tracking Status
Whether ClickFortify is actively tracking the campaign:

Ad Groups Tab
Click the Ad Groups tab to view individual ad groups:
- Shows ad groups nested under their parent campaigns
- Same columns: Name, Status, Type, Tracking Status
- Useful for granular protection monitoring
Connection Requirements
To see campaigns in Ads Manager, you need:
- Connected Google Ads Account — Via OAuth in Space Settings
- Admin Access — To the Google Ads account
- Active Campaigns — At least one campaign created
If you see "No campaigns found", ensure your Google Ads account is properly connected and has active campaigns.
Demo Mode
In Demo Mode, sample campaigns are displayed for demonstration purposes. These show how the interface will look once you connect a real Google Ads account.
Troubleshooting
Campaigns Not Showing
- Check Google Ads connection in Space Settings
- Click Refresh to sync latest data
- Verify campaigns exist in Google Ads
Tracking Status Shows Error
- Check your tracking code installation
- Verify website is receiving traffic
- Contact support if issues persist
Status Not Updating
- Click Refresh to force a sync
- Wait a few minutes for Google Ads API
- Check your internet connection
Best Practices
- Check regularly — Ensure all campaigns show "Ready" tracking status
- Review after changes — Refresh when you create new campaigns
- Monitor types — Different campaign types may need different protection settings
- Investigate errors — Address any campaigns with tracking errors promptly
