What is click fraud?
Click fraud is when someone (or a bot) clicks on your ads with no intent to convert, wasting your ad budget.
How does ClickFortify detect fraud?
We use AI-powered analysis of click behavior, device signals, geographic patterns, and known bad actors to identify fraudulent clicks.
Does ClickFortify work with all ad platforms?
Currently, ClickFortify integrates directly with Google Ads. We're working on additional platform support.
Setup
How long does setup take?
Most accounts are fully protected within 30 minutes of starting setup.
Do I need developer help?
Basic setup can be done without developers. The tracking script is a simple copy-paste. Complex configurations may benefit from developer assistance.
Will ClickFortify slow down my website?
No. Our tracking script is lightweight and loads asynchronously.
Protection
What happens when fraud is detected?
Depending on your settings, we either log it (Observe), add to exclusions (Warn), or immediately block (Strict).
Can I whitelist legitimate traffic?
Yes. You can whitelist specific IPs, ranges, or placements that you know are legitimate.
How accurate is the detection?
Our false positive rate is typically below 2%. You can adjust sensitivity to balance protection vs. reach.
