Main Dashboard

The top-level analytics view — four headline metrics, click-volume chart, threat summary, geography, and network breakdown.

The Main Dashboard is your daily overview — a single page that tells you what's happening across all your traffic and where to dig deeper. Most of the routine monitoring in the Weekly workflow starts here.

The Main Dashboard showing the four headline metric cards across the top and the Clicks Overview chart below

Four headline metrics

Four cards along the top show the most important numbers for the selected date range. Each card has the current value plus a percentage change vs. the previous period.

CardWhat it measures
Ad Clicks (blue)Total paid clicks tracked across all connected ad accounts
Bad clicks (red)Clicks classified as fraudulent or invalid, blocked from being charged
Suspicious clicks (amber)Clicks showing anomalous behavior but not strictly blocked
Conversions (indigo)Successful conversion events tracked from your ad clicks

Hover over the (i) icon on any card to see the tooltip with the full metric definition straight from the app.

If all four metrics show zero and you've been running ads, the tracking pixel may not be installed or the Google Ads connection may be stale. Confirm via Verify your Google Ads connection and Auto-detection and troubleshooting.

Clicks overview chart

An area chart of click volume over time, split into three categories:

CategoryColourMeaning
HealthyGreenClean traffic
SuspiciousYellow / amberFlagged but not blocked
BadRedConfirmed fraudulent — blocked or excluded

Totals for each category appear under the chart for the current date range.

Threat Summary

A bar chart showing recent daily threat activity. Two bars per day:

  • Detected — total threats spotted
  • Blocked — threats that resulted in an exclusion or block

Spot patterns: spikes on specific days often mean scheduled bot activity or a competitor event. Use those signals to write time-based automation rules if a pattern repeats.

Used Devices

A donut chart breaking down ad traffic by device — Desktop, Tablet, Mobile. The centre shows the total visitor count.

Geographic Click Distribution

An interactive world map. Darker shading = more clicks. The Top 5 Countries list below shows exact counts — useful for spotting unexpected geographic clusters that may indicate fraud.

Top Threat Sources

A table of campaigns with the most fraud activity:

ColumnMeaning
CampaignCampaign name and type (SEARCH / DISPLAY / etc.)
ClicksTotal clicks
BlockedClicks blocked
Threat Level% of clicks that were blocked

A high Threat Level on one specific campaign is a signal to tune protection at the campaign level — see Protection scope.

Network Analytics

A donut chart breaking down security-flagged network traffic into:

CategoryMeaning
Data CentersClicks from known data-centre IP ranges
VPNClicks from VPNs or proxies
Bot ClicksClicks identified as automated bot traffic

A large data-centre or VPN slice is the cue to enable the matching Manual checks if you're not on Automatic.

Header controls

  • Space & Website selector — switch workspaces and websites
  • Date range picker — filters every chart and metric on the page
  • Trial / Onboarding banner — appears if your account isn't fully set up
  • Theme toggle — light/dark mode
  • Account menu — profile and sign-out

Changing the date range updates everything on the page at once. Use shorter ranges (7–30 days) for daily monitoring; wider ranges for monthly review trends.
