Ads Manager

View and manage your connected Google Ads campaigns and their protection status.

The Ads Manager gives you a centralized view of all Google Ads campaigns connected to ClickFortify, showing tracking status and campaign details in one place.

Ads Manager

What You Can Do Here

  • See all campaigns currently being tracked and protected
  • Check tracking status for each campaign
  • Verify campaign types (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
  • Sync the latest campaign data from Google Ads

Refresh Button

Click Refresh to pull the latest campaign data from your Google Ads account. Use this after:

  • Creating new campaigns in Google Ads
  • Making changes to campaign settings
  • If campaign data appears stale

This triggers an account-level sync — it re-reads your campaigns, statuses, and tracking configuration from Google Ads.

If Refresh doesn't bring in new campaigns, the issue may be with the OAuth connection rather than the account data. Go to Space Settings → Connections and sync the connection first, then retry Refresh here. See the Ad Account Sync Troubleshooting Guide for a full walkthrough.

Campaigns Tab

The default view shows all your campaigns:

Campaign Name

The exact name from your Google Ads account (e.g., "Brand Awareness", "Lead Gen Q4").

Status

Current campaign status in Google Ads:

StatusColorMeaning
ENABLEDGreenCampaign is active and running
PAUSEDGrayCampaign is paused
REMOVEDRedCampaign has been deleted in Google Ads

Type

Campaign type:

TypeDescription
SEARCHSearch network campaigns
DISPLAYDisplay network campaigns
SHOPPINGShopping campaigns
VIDEOYouTube/video campaigns
PERFORMANCE_MAXPerformance Max campaigns

Tracking Status

Whether ClickFortify is actively tracking and protecting this campaign:

StatusColorMeaning
ReadyGreen ✓Campaign is tracked and protected
PendingYellowSetup in progress
ErrorRedTracking issue — needs attention

If any campaign shows Error tracking status, click fraud protection is NOT active for that campaign. The most common cause is a campaign-level tracking template overriding the account-level one ClickFortify set. See Fixing a Tracking Template Override for a full diagnosis and fix guide.

Ad Groups Tab

Click Ad Groups to see individual ad groups within campaigns. Same columns apply — useful for granular monitoring when you need campaign-level vs. ad-group-level insight.

Requirements

To see campaigns here, you need:

  1. A connected Google Ads account via OAuth (configured in Space Settings)
  2. Admin access to that Google Ads account
  3. At least one active campaign

If no campaigns appear, click Refresh first. If campaigns still don't show, go to Space Settings → Connections and check the connection status. Full sync troubleshooting: Syncing Your Ad Account.

Demo Mode

In demo mode, sample campaigns are displayed for illustration. Once you connect a real Google Ads account, actual campaign data replaces the demo data.
